Brilliant second book in the series

This story continues where the last book ended. Ella, having successfully planned her bosses Christmas party, is on cloud nine. She can't believe she did it, but she's proud nonetheless. Never in her dreams did she think she could gain two things she's always wanted: her dream job, and a man who treats her like she's priceless. In this book Will finally tells, or shows, Ella how he feels about her, but she resists him.

Will, a rich, powerful, and successful man never thought he would hear a woman tell him 'no'. Especially not the woman who he's been obsessed with for months. He still wants her, but he knows it's going to take time and work to make her his. But when he finally gets her in his hands, he's prepared to show her how big a mistake she made when she walked out on him that day.

This was a great second part to the series. I love Ella's character, how she takes such pride in her job and how she always thinks of others over herself. Will, her boss, is amazing, yet, really cocky! There's times I couldn't stand his attitude and his God complex, but somehow, it works in this book and for his character. I'm never mad at his character for too long!

I recommend this book to everyone! This series does have to be read in order.

My favorite parts:

"She looked far too innocent to be disturbed, and seeing her hair strewn across my pillows was the happiest sight I'd woken up to in years."

He really knows how to touch. A must hot read!

I was gifted this copy for an honest review.

I would strongly suggest that you get all 5 books at once. If you are anything like me, you hate cliffhangers. I try really, really hard not to start a series without it being complete. This series is worth the money in my opinion.

We pick up where we left off in the first book. The Christmas party was a huge hit and Ella could not be more pleased. Now in Touched by the Boss, Will takes Ella to another Gala where his a benefactor. She gets to borrow a designer gown and Will surprises her with loaned diamonds. After a tug of war with her heart, mind and body Ella finally decides to let her self give in to Will. The sex scene in this book will melt your panties. I am off to find out what happens next with Will and Ella in Teased by the Boss. You should too.

Enjoyable, witty second installment in this series.

Enjoyed this second book in the series. As with the first book, the dialogue is as always witty and entertaining. As Will and Ella continue to circle each other, there's obvious sexual tension that builds between them, culminating in a deliciously steamy love scene that leaves the reader curious about how this new level of intimacy will affect their personal and professional lives. My only complaint? We need more Emily, please!!

Terence Lovat is Professor Emeritus at Newcastle University, Australia, and Honorary Research Fellow at Oxford University, UK. He is a former Dean of Education and Pro Vice-Chancellor at Newcastle University, and is now a full-time research scholar. This book is packed full of many pearls and clinical insights not to be found in other similarly sized texts. "The Essentials" is the "CliffsNotes" version of the universally agreed upon "Bible" of Neuro-Ophthalmology, the definitive three volume 6th edition Walsh and Hoyt's Clinical Neuro-Ophthalmology, written and edited by over 60 experts in the field. "The Essentials" is an excellent resource for general ophthalmologists and neurologists. It also serves the neuro-ophthalmologist well as an overview of the more in depth Walsh and Hoyt's. I highly recommend it.

The Bible I've been looking for

I've used this bible for a few days now and I find it very helpful and easy to use. The font size is larger than I thought it would be, and makes for very easy reading. There is plenty of room on each side margin for notes, and also many blank pages at the back for more detailed and complete notes or observations. The size of this bible is very nice for me as well, as it's somewhat smaller than most wide margin bibles, which I find easier to carry in my everyday reading and studying. Also, the binding, although somewhat stiff now (I can tell it's brand new), is well done and should soften up nicely with age. Finally, I like the fact that there are no commentaries or notes at the bottom of the page. I like to learn about the bible on my own, and I find this one very helpful because I don't have someone else's notes taking up space.
Now - the negatives:
1) The words of Christ are in red-letter format. This doesn't bother me at all, but I know it does some people, so if this is important to you, you might want to look elsewhere.
2) There are very few references to other verses, and little in the way of footnotes. If you are looking for a comprehensive study bible, this isn't the one for you.
3) There are no wide margins on the top and bottom of the text - only the outside margin. I don't mind this, but if you need the extra room, this one might not work for you. (Although the text is single-column, so you don't have to worry about fitting as much on a page as you would if you were writing notes for two columns.)
All in all, I enjoy this bible very much. The font size, margin space, and physical size work very well for me, and although it's not the most comprehensive bible out there in terms of notes and references, if you're like me and just want to discover the text of the bible for yourself, but need a little extra margin room for notes, you should find this bible very helpful and useful!

Finally, a Bible I can use!

I've used many different Bibles over the years and this is the only one that has ever really satisfied me. Being a cronic note taker I felt stifled by most study bibles that wanted to tell you every thing but never let you interact with the text; in other words, when a great application of scripture came to me, I was forced to dig for a notebook, only to lose it days later. One note, however, the pages are a little thin, so if you're heavy handed like me there will be imprints of what you wrote in the margin several pages later, but no worse than most other books. Bible includes the venerable and popular NIV translation.

finally, a Bible I can really use

I just received this Bible yesterday and it is like a breath of fresh air. Finally I have room to write my study notes in my Bible. There is a decent amount of space on the margin on each page to write your study notes right next to the Scripture passage. Even though I only just received the Bible, I have already put it to use and it is already one of my favorite Bibles I have ever owned because it is so useful and practical.
One thing that may be a detraction for people is the absence of study notes or commentary in the Bible. For me, though, this is actually a bonus. I do not dig built-in study notes or commentary in the Bible. I also appreciate the single-column format of the Bible-- it makes it more readable for me.
What could have made this a better study Bible for me are several things. First, I actually would have liked slightly wider margins on the side, as well as larger margins on the top and bottom of each page for additional space to take notes. I also would have liked even larger print. I also do not dig Christ's words in red. I prefer black lettering throughout the Bible. I also wouldn't have minded a larger concordance in the back either. But I suppose you can't have everything.
Again, if you like to take notes in your Bible and find that you never have any room, this Bible is for you. I really like this Bible a lot, and I actually wish I could stock up several more copies of this Bible before it goes out of print.

The authors did an awesome job of teaching the material

Recently I took a college class that used this book as its textbook. The authors did an awesome job of teaching the material. I learned a lot of valuable information which can be applied toward working with young children. However, the text is full of many typos. . The editors did a poor job on this edition. A college level textbook should not have an excessive amount of errors. It should be recalled and revised before any other student pays the high price for this text. I Gave a copy of this letter with a list of the many typos that I noticed to the math department at SPSCC in Olympia, WA suggesting they don't use this book for the students (until it is re-edited). Arvid Viken is Professor in Tourism at UiT - the Arctic University of Norway. He has written extensively within the field of tourism, particular with a focus on northern aspects. Dr Brynhild Granås is Associate Professor at UiT - the Arctic University of Norway, Department of Tourism and Northern Studies, since 2012, having worked for nine years at the Department of Sociology, Political Science and Planning at UiT - the Arctic University of Norway. About the Author
Alastair MacKenzie comes from a military family of long standing and he served as a para-trained platoon commander for 12 months with the New Zealand infantry on combat operations in South Vietnam and in the special forces of South Africa, Oman and the UK, where for four years he was troop commander in the 22nd Special Air Service Regiment. After his retirement as a full-time Army officer he enjoyed a successful commercial career with Royal Ordnance and British Aerospace before moving to consultancy roles. In civilian life he retained an involvement with the Territorial Army as an SAS officer and retired with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in 2001. He obtained his PhD in Politics in 2005 and is the author of published works including ‘Special Force: The Untold Story of 22nd Special Air Service Regiment (SAS)’ and ‘The Sounds Soldiers’ Memorial – Stories of the Fallen’.
